Steps for securing a data

Now a days some people we dont know to secure their data, sometimes a data will corrupted or not saved on time. But there a lot of viruses in the market, the problem is some of anti virus will not covered a data security.

These are steps of securing a data:

•   Always Save your work regularly: Get into the habit of saving your work every you edit your work. In office works, when we update your data on your database, always saved your files regularly. This is the best way for securing your data.

•   Back up your works: Always back up your work every time you update your data, this back up files will help on future. This is use for hard copy on your work. If ever the data stored on your database will crashed or corrupted. The hard copy will be the one place on the data crashed. It is a good idea to always back up your work. You can do this by either using an external hard drive, flash drive or by burning the documents to disks or floppy disk

        

• Installed Virus protection: We need to installed virus protection to your personal computer for securing a data. This software give protection to your data. If you've don't have a virus protection on your Personal Computer. Some data unsafe for saving or securing a data. There a lot of virus like in internet surfing, worms or spyware. This protection will be the one who prevent a virus. Always update your virus protection for securing your Personal Computer.
